DMB-5120 Four-Channel Mux-Scrambling QAM Modulator functions as a high-integrated, high cost-performance and multi-functional device, extremely suitable to be applied to digital TV headend systems. The device incorporates all functions of multiplexing, scrambling, and QAM modulation, with four channels of multiplexing, four channels of independent scrambling, and four adjacent frequency QAM modulation outputs. Apart from all functions of multiplexing for programs and elementary streams, PSI/SI compilation and so on, the multiplexing module of DMB-5120 additionally has the industry leading function of EIT multiplexing. Its scrambling module supports up to 4 CA’s simul-crypt, with each realizing scrambling independently and scrambling in far-distance.
