The 20th International Cable TV Technology Conference was held in Hangzhou Zhejiang Hotel, on 31st October, 2012. It was cosponsored by Technology Research Council of China Association of Radio and Television, Radio Film and Television Bureau of Zhejiang Province, and the journal international Broadband Network IBN.
